1. Role of the Platform

LIST Neighbor provides an online platform intended to connect households with independent local service providers. The platform serves as a means for people to discover one another and explore potential service arrangements within their own neighborhoods.

2. Independent Parties

LIST Neighbor is not a party to service agreements made directly between households and providers. Providers operate independently and are not employees, agents, or representatives of LIST Neighbor. Each party is responsible for its own decisions and agreements, subject to applicable law.

3. Services and Pricing

LIST Neighbor identifies three service categories: dog waste pickup, trash can service, and outdoor plant watering. Any prices suggested by LIST Neighbor are provided as guidance only. Independent providers determine their own prices, and households and providers are responsible for agreeing on service details and pricing before work begins.

4. User Responsibilities

Providers are responsible for their own services, business operations, qualifications, applicable licenses, insurance, and compliance with relevant laws. Households are responsible for evaluating providers and agreeing on the terms of any services they request. Both parties should independently confirm expectations, property access, pricing, and other arrangements before work begins.

5. No Guarantee of Services or Matches

LIST Neighbor does not guarantee that a provider will be available in every neighborhood, that a service route will be established, or that any particular connection will result in an agreement. Availability depends on local interest and provider participation.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LIST Neighbor disclaims responsibility for the independent acts, omissions, services, representations, and agreements of users.

 LIST Neighbor does not guarantee the quality, suitability, safety, or outcome of services provided by independent providers. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.

7. Provider Platform Fees

LIST Neighbor's platform services for independent providers are currently free. In the future, LIST Neighbor may introduce a minimal subscription fee for providers to access specified platform features or services. Any applicable fees and subscription conditions will be disclosed before enrollment. A platform subscription does not make a provider an employee of LIST Neighbor.

By accessing or using LIST Neighbor, users agree to comply with the platform's applicable terms and conditions and all relevant laws.
